Crispy Potato Pie


A fun dish with mince.
Start with 500gms of mince season with salt, garlic, pepper, chilli, onion
Roll into small meatballs refrigerate for 15 minutes
Oven bake at 180c for 30 minutes

Cook 500gms of potato and mash

In a casserole dish
Place the meatballs with a mixture of cooked vegetables and 400gm can tomatoes
Cover with the mashed potato
Top with cheese and potato crisps

Oven bake for 30 minutes
