Another recipe from the show for Brenda.
In some ghee fry gently
1 diced onion
1 green chilli cut in half lengthwise
1 tsp grated garlic
When golden add
2tsp garam masala
1tsp ground chilli
1tsp ground coriander
1tsp ground cumin
When fragrant add
1 400ml can diced tomatoes
1 400ml can chickpeas
Simmer gently for 30 minutes
