Tomato And Capers

Another dip recipe for morning teas at work
Blend
1 pkt sun dried or semi dried tomato
1 small jar capers
Ratio 3:1
2 garlic cloves
1 tbs lemon juice
1 sprig fresh time

This will make a tapenade, you could swap black olives for the capers or add anchovies

If too salty blend in a little yogurt
