Place the following in a baking dish
5 small potatoes (boiled)
2 roughly chopped red onions
1 eggplant cut into small pieces
5 whole cloves of garlic
Several vine grown tomatoes
Season with
1tsp cummin
2tsp smoked paprika
salt
pepper
Crumble fetta over the top
Cover generously with olive oil
Oven bake at 180c until cooked
