Beetroot Dip No 2

This is one for a morning tea, more to follow!


1 tin baby beetroot
1 garlic clove
2 tablespoons tahini
3 to 4 tbsp Greek yoghurt
1 tbsp lemon juice
1 teaspoon cumin
2/3 tsp ground coriander
1 tsp honey
1 tablespoon olive oil
1/2 tsp salt
pepper to taste



Blend and serve with extra yogurt
