Chickpea Curry











Once again falling back on a curry for a vegetarian meal.

Dice 1 onion and fry until translucent
The add:
2 tsp minced garlic
1 tsp minced ginger
1 tsp ground cumin
1 tsp ground corriander
1 tsp turmeric
1 tsp cayenne pepper
1 tsp chilli flakes
1/2 tsp ground cinnamon

Stir until fragrant
Then add
1 can chickpeas
2 cans diced tomatoes

Reduce and serve on basmarti rice with fresh yogurt and basil leaf garnish.
