I start with the ham bone leftover from xmas
1 ltr of chicken stock and 500ml of water
3 frozen beef sausages and chorizo
At 9.30 added Im not putting amounts because it depends on what you have
Diced celery
Diced carrot
Diced onion
Diced chilli
At 2.00 Added several diced potatoes
At 6.00 removed the ham bones and fat
Tea served in a bowl of rice at 7.00pm.
