Coconut Ice Cream


I love Thai flavours.

This is a simple recipe first

Heat 1/3 cup sugar and 2/3 cup of water until sugar dissolves cool

Combine with 3 cups coconut cream and 1/2 cup shredded coconut

Churn in ice cream maker for 25 minutes

I think next time I would leave out the shredded coconut.
