Mango Ice Cream



Combine the pulp of 2 mangoes
2/3 cup castor sugar
2/3 cup milk
2/3 cup orange juice
2/3 cup thickened cream

Blend in a blender
Pour into ice cream machine for 25 minutes
Set in freezer
