Beef and Quinoa Wraps

Filling:
500 gms of beef mince
1 diced onion
1 diced carrot
2 diced celery ribs
2 cloves of diced garlic

Saute till meat is browned and vegetables softened.
Mix with two cups of cooked quinoa

Each wrap is a single piece of frozen puff pastry
Wrap the filling up in the pastry leaving an opening on the top
Break an egg into the opening
Oven bake until golden.
