3 medium zucchini grated
3 small onions thinly sliced
125 gm sliced leg ham diced or sliced mushroom
1 cup cheese
250gm cans corn kernals drained
3/4 cup self-raising flour
4 eggs lightly beaten
1tbs vegetable oil
1/3 cup milk.
Pre-heat oven to 180c, grease a lamington pan.
cook pasta in a large saucepan of salted
water (boiling) follow directions on pack,
cook until tender. Rinse under cold water.
Using hands, squeeze excess liquid from zucchini,
combine pasta, onion,ham cheese,corn and flour in a bowl.
Add egg,oil and milk. season with salt and pepper.
Mix well until combined .
Spread mixture into prepared tin .
Bake for 25 mins or until golden brown and just set.
Let stand for 15 mins
Serve with crusty bread and salad
