Diabetic Vanilla Ice Cream

This is only the second time using my new ice cream maker so its featured in the picture.

  • 1 (375gm) can evaporated milk (reduced fat)
  • tablespoons sugar substitute (such as Equal or Splenda)
  • 1 1/2 cups whole lite milk
  • tablespoon vanilla paste
  • eggs , well beaten

    Combine milk and sugar replacement.

    Beat well until sugar is dissolved.
  3. 3
    Add whole milk and vanilla extract; beat well.
  4. 4
    Add eggs; beat well.
  5. 5
    Pour into ice cream maker and follow manufacturer's directions.
