Cheese and Leek Tart

Slice three leeks finely
Saute in butter and olive oil

Line a pan with puff pastry (thawed frozen was what I used)

Mix cooked ingredients with
150mls of thickened
70gms of goats cheese
Mixture of parsley and chives
3 eggs

Pour into the shell, bake until set at 180c
