Obviously a great dish to serve using up lots of leftovers.
Cook 8 beef sausages and cut into pieces and set aside.
In a little oil saute
2 brown onions, thinly sliced
1 leek thinly sliced
1 capsicum sliced thinly
1 finely diced carrot
When softened add 2 generous tablespoons of curry powder
2 cups of chicken stock
1 tsp chilli powder
Return the sausage pieces
Simmer and thicken with corn flour
Serve on a bed of white rice
