Sausages, Eggs and Hash Brown Casserole

Start by greasing a baking dish

First place your sausages on the base uncooked

Then mix 9 eggs and a cup of milk and pour over the sausages

Now cover with a layer of hash browns (if using frozen thaw first)

Spray with olive oil

Oven bake 180c  till hash browns start to crisp

Then sprinkle with cheese and bake till golden.
