Broccoli and Haloumi











Blanch 200gms of broccoli florets, set aside
Saute
1 sliced onion
1 sliced red chilli

Then add
1tsp each of
cumin seed
mustard seed
sesame seed
grated garlic
grated ginger

When fragrant combine with broccoli and brown haloumi

serve with basmarti rice
