This is simple and quick
Brown 250gms of beef mince
Mix in 250gms of microwaved frozen spinach
Stir through 250gms of lite ricotta cheese

Using ready made lasagna sheets create your filled cannelloni
Top with a jar of pasta sauce and gated Parmesan cheese
Oven bake until cheese melts
