Spanish Fish and Chorizo Soup

Stole (Adapted) this one from Jamie Oliver in this months Delicious magazine.

Fry 2 sliced chorizo sausages
2 diced garlic cloves
300gms of prawn meat
1 sliced red chilli (remember to remove the seeds for less heat and for Tamra use a red pepper)
Then add
1 diced deboned fillet of fish
2 cans of diced tomatoes
1 can of chick peas
White wine

Simmer until fish is ready and serve dressing with basil leaves and crusty bread.
