North African Meatballs


500gms lamb mince
1 small diced onion
2 tbsp of chopped parsley
2tbsp of chopped coriander
2tsp ground cumin
2tsp ground cinnamon

Mix together and form into meatballs place in fridge for 15 minutes to set.

Meanwhile saute
One sliced onion
2 diced garlic cloves
Add
2 *400gm cans crushed tomatoes
1 can chick peas
2tbsp Tomato paste
1tsp ground cumin
2tsp smoked paprika
1tsp ground ginger

Add in the meatballs to heat serve with crusty bread, garnish with coriander leaf
