Asian Style Chicken

Another really simple and easy dish.

Spatchcock 1 small chicken
Marinate in Kikoman sesame Ginger & Soy marinade with diced spring onions
Oven bake at 180c for 1 hour

Serve on a bed of rice cooked in chicken stock with premixed thai spices.
