Salmon Parcel
Pan fry one deboned salmon fillet
Place cooked fish on a sheet of puff pastry
Top with a mixture of
Chopped parsly
1 hard boiled egg
1 tsp of capers
1tbs of horseradish cream
Season well
Wrap pastry around fish and brown in 180c oven
