Pork Sausages with Hassle back Potatoes

Boil your potatoes slice and coat with olive oil and season.

In a baking tray
Cut 2 onions into generous chunks.
Cut  mushrooms into pieces
Add 500gms chipolatta sausages
Drizzle with olive oil
Coat with a mixture of hot english mustard and honey.

Oven bake
