Spicy Eggplant with Tofu

Cut into pieces one eggplant
Dice 100 gms tofu
2 sliced red chillies
Cook in vegetable oil until both browned

Sauce with
1tsp black vinegar
1tsp sesame oil
1tsp brown sugar
1tbsp light soy
2tsp sambal olek
