Japanese Salmon

This was just a slightly different way to cook salmon one of our favourites at home, the idea was adapted from October Delicious.


Marinade salmon for at least 2 hours overnight would be better.

2 salmon fillets skin on pin boned
125mls mirin
2tbs suger
1tbs honey
125 mls light soy

Cucumber
 Deseed 3 lebanese cucumbers and cut into slices
marinate in
2tsp suger
2tps rice wine vinegar
1/2 tsp ground pepper
1 diced red chilli

Serve on a bed of rice
