Burger

This is straight from this months Delicious a magazine which is really worth getting if you are interested in food in Australia.

Blue Eye cod fillet ( you may need to pin bone it)
Ciabatta rolls toasted

Sliced tomato
Sliced red onion
Sliced iceberg lettuce
grated raw carrot, beetroot

Obviously cook the fish then brown the buns

Dress with low fat mayo and sweet chilli sauce

Almost no effort but it tastes wonderful
