Beef Meatballs In Thai style Sauce


Meatballs

500gms lean beef
2 finely sliced Spring Onions
1 Sliced red chilli
1 finely sliced Lemongrass stem
2 tbs of chopped coriander
2 tsps gated ginger
1 beaten egg

Mix ingredients and form into meat balls place in fridge for 30 minutes
Then cook in 200c oven for about 30 mins

Sauce
400ml can coconut cream
1 tbs Thai Red Curry paste

Once you have made the curry sauce add the meatballs and coat
Serve with fresh coriander as a garnish.
