Mackerel Cutlets


1 Mackerel Cutlet per person

Pan fry the mackerel with 1 quatered lemon
Add 1 tsp fennel seeds
2 stems of sage
1 sliced clove of garlic
sliced pre roasted potatoes
Add 10gms of butter
30mls white wine

Place in 200c oven for 5 minutes or until done.
