Lamb Obsession


This is another slow cooker gem.

Roughly chop 1 brown onion
Place one packet dry french onion soup
1 tin condensed cream of mushroom soup
Rinse tin and add the water
On top of the onion place your lamb (I used a rolled loin )

Slow cook for 6 hours

Serve with mash or cous cous and vegetables
