Spicy T-Bone with Corn

Again from Curtis Stone's new book, got a 9/10 from the teenager so thats good.

Make a spice rub with:
Garlic powder
Chilli Powder
Coriander and Cumin powder
Salt and pepper

Rub the T-Bone steaks with the powder at least and hour before cooking but you could leave them overnight.

The original recipe called for the BBQ but I used a covered grill pan on the stove.

Start by shucking the corn  one for each person place on the oiled hot surface and turn every few minutes, they will burn so watch them.

After 10 minutes put on the steak, turning regularly till done to your liking.

Sprinkle the corn with some of the spice mixture and cook until done.
Took about 20 minutes in total.

Serve and enjoy!
