Potato Gratin

First slice your potato thinly into rounds
Butter a baking dish
Mix cream thyme and garlic together
Make sure to coat potatoes before layering them in the baking dish
When layered pour in any leftover cream
Now add 1/2 cup of stock (chicken or vegetable)
Cook until starting to become golden
Then add a topping of cheese and bake for a further 15 minutes.
