Spicy Beef Stirfry


In a hot wok
Add
Sliced onion
Pak Choy stems
Lotus root

Marinate the beef strips in
Fish sauce
Lime juice
Diced shallots
Brown sugar
Diced birds eye chilli
Garlic or galangal
Kecap Manis

Finally add in the beef and marinade
