Roasted Spiced Cauliflower











Cut 1 bunch of cauliflower into florets (or use frozen)
Drizzle with olive oil
Dust with:
2tsp ground cumin
1 tsp ground coriander
1 tsp chilli flakes
2 crushed and diced garlic cloves
1 tsp turmeric

Oven bake at 180c for 30 mins
Serve with lemon wedges and fresh basil
