Lamb and Lentil Rice


Cook some rice in vegetable stock
Add some cooked brown lentils
Sliced mushrooms
Chopped shallots

Coat lamb with a mix of
Flour, onion powder, garlic powder, cayenne pepper, salt
Then pan fry until golden

Pan fry slices of eggplant until browned top with cheese and melt under grill.
