500gms flat head tails
1 medium onion
2 diced chillis
1 diced garlic clove
1tsp chicken stock
3 sprigs flat-leaf parsley diced
1 tbsp curry masala
1/2 lemon
1 cup of water
tbsp oil
salt
Dice the onion and saute
Add the masala and fry until fragrant
Add the chilli and garlic
Add the fish cut into small pieces
Add the stock and water
Reduce and serve on rice.
