Spinach and Chickpea Curry
In oil dice and fry and onion
Add Curry leaves
2 crushed garlic cloves
1 tbs curry powder
1 can chickpeas
1 can coconut milk
Simmer for 10 minutes then stir through
100gms of baby spinach leaves
150gms cherry tomatoes halved
