Chicken Tagine
















Marinade
2tbs cumin
2tbs hot paprika
1 tsp ground ginger
2 cm anchovy paste or 5 diced anchovies
1 cup yogurt

Marinate diced chicken thighs for 30 mins

Fry 1 roughly chopped onion
1 sliced red capsicum
when softened add the marinade and the chicken
2 cups of beef stock
Simmer for approx 40 mins

Serve on cous cous garnish with coriander
