A classic slow cooked winter dish.
Flour and Brown 2 lamb shanks
Add 2 sliced brown onion
2 Sliced garlic cloves
Deglaze with 1 glass of white wine
Add 500mls chicken consume
700mls passata
3 sprigs of rosemary
2 bay leaves
6 diced potatoes
2 bunches of Dutch carrots
1 peeled and cubed turnip
Simmer for 2 1/2 hours serve with crunchy bread
