Pork Sausage and Roast Potato Bake


In a baking tray:

Place
A selection of pork chipolatas
Potato sliced into small pieces
Onions cut into quarters
Sliced garlic cloves
Diced zucchini
Drizzle with lemon myrtle  infused olive oil

season with salt and pepper

Oven bake until golden
