Kedgeree


2 cups of Cooked Basmarti rice
2 bonless white fish fillets cooked and flaked
4 hard boiled eggs

In olive oil fry
1 diced onion
1 sliced chilli
2 tbs madra curry paste
Sliced spring onion

Add the rice and coat then lightly fold in the fish and eggs

Garnish with corriander
