Vegetable and Potato Bake

Grease a shallow baking dish

Combine a mixture of sliced vegetables
In this case
Eggplant
Zucchini
Mushrooms

Cover with a layer of finely cut potatoes
Pour cream into dish
Top with grated cheese

Oven bake for 45mins at 180c
