Chicken Parcels

This is a simple but tasty dish that uses left over chicken and bacon.


Wrap chicken pieces with bacon slices
Place on a sheet of thawed puff pastry
Top with a 1/2 tsp crushed garlic
Top with a piece of soft cheese

Seal into a parcel and spray with olive oil

Oven bake until golden
