Creamy Chicken Casserole


In a fry pan with a little olive oil sauté
1 sliced leek
2 cloves of garlic
150gms of sliced mushroom
When softened remove from pan
add a little more oil if needed
Diced chicken pieces
Several pieces of diced bacon
Brown the chicken, I used diced thigh fillet
Season salt, pepper, tarragon and chilli powder
Deglaze with white wine
Add a can of cream of chicken soup.
Top with cheese

Place in a casserole dish and cook for 25-30mins at 180c

Serve with pasta and garlic bread. I mixed the pasta into this one.
