Pork and salad


This recipe is adapted from Delicious magazine November 2009

Pork

Take lean Pork steaks and coat with ground pepper, fennel and salt pan fry.

Salad
1 jar marinated artichoke hearts drained
400gm can of lentils drained
120gms baby spinach
150gms crumbled fetta

Dressing
1tbs red wine vinegar
2tbs olive oil
1 crushed garlic clove
